Power of trust to fix number and salaries of its official.

Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and with the prior approval of the State Government, the trust may from time to time employ such officials, as it may deem necessary and proper to assist in carrying out the pruposes of this Act, and may assign to such officials such pay, as may be prescribed.
