Constitution of Finance Committee.

The University shall constitute a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely:— (a) the Vice-Chancellor; (b) the Comptroller; (c) a member chosen by the Board from amongst its official members; and (d) a member chosen by the Board from amongst its non-official members.
