Annual report.

The annual report of the University giving details of broad programmes, policies and finances, amendments of Statutes made during the year shall be prepared under the directions of the Vice-Chancellor and be submitted to the Board on or after such date, as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Board shall consider the report at its meeting.
