Functions of Director of Extension Education.

(1) The Director of Extension Education shall be responsible for— (a) the Veterinary, animal sciences, fishery sciences and allied sciences which are primarily educational in nature; (b) imparting training to the Extension Officer for the National Extension Block and Instructor for the Extension Training Centres; and (c) such other duties, as may be prescribed. (2) The Director of Extension Education shall perform his functions in co-ordination with the Departments of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Fisheries, Co-operation or any other department, as the case may be.
