General fund.

The University shall have a general fund and the following shall be credited to it, namely:— (a) income from fees, endowments, grants and properties of the University; (b) contributions or grants from the State Government and the Central Government on such conditions, as may be imposed by that Government; and (c) other contributions, grants, donations and benefactions.
