Member, officers and other employees to be public servants

Every member of the Committee, the Executive Board, or any sub-committee, the Commissioner Gurdwara Elections and every other officer and employee of the Committee shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 (45 of 1860).
