Validity of acts of Committee, Executive Board or sub-committees

No act or proceeding of the Committee or the Executive Board or any sub-committee shall be invalidated by reason only of defect in formation of the Committee, Board or sub-committees, as the case may be, by any person owing to any reason whatsoever.
