Autonomous colleges, etc. to furnish reports etc. and, inspection of such Colleges, etc.

42C.

1. (1) Every autonomous college, institution or Department shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Executive Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the college, institution or Department.
2. (2) The Executive Council shall cause every autonomous college, institution or Department to be inspected from time to time by one or more competent persons authorised by it in this behalf.
