Making, amendment, operation and repeal of Statutes

1. (1) The Statutes may be made by the Executive Council, or may be amended, repealed or added to by the Executive Council in the manner hereinafter provided.
2. (2) The Executive Council may take into consideration the draft of a Statute either of its own motion or on a proposal by any other University authority.
3. (3) Such draft shall be considered by the Executive Council at its next succeeding meeting. The Executive Council may approve such draft, and pass the Statute or may reject it or return it to
