Powers to give directions

The Board may from time to time, issue such general or special directions of policy as deemed necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out the objects of this Act. There shall be a Chief Finance and Accounts Officer appointed by the Executive Council. The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall possess experience of Accounts and Management and such qualifications as prescribed by Regulations.
