Other centres of legal education

The University may establish its centre(s) of legal education in any part of India or a foreign country. (1) There shall be a head of the department for each of the departments in the University.

(2) The powers, functions, appointments and the conditions of service of the heads of the departments shall be as prescribed by the Executive Council by the Regulations.
