Requirements for license vendors

The license vendor(s) will engage only trained workers having valid certificate of training from the recognized institution or the department. The vendor will also ensure that required Safety Gadgets as specified in PEMS Rules-2013 are available and used at work place. Further, Standard Operating Procedure as in Part – A above shall be applicable in case worker scales down for cleaning, removal of blockage etc.
