Performance Guarantee

The licensee shall deposit the prescribed guarantee amount, which will be notified from time to time as performance guarantee in the form of a Bank Guarantee, which shall be forfeited in case of any violation under the rules. No material shall be allowed to be stacked on the verge of the manhole which may fall inside the manhole and harm the worker.
