Fee for collection/transportation of septage

(a) The fee for collection and transportation of septage up to notified locations at sewage pumping station/sewage treatment plant shall be notified by the designated officer of Delhi Jal Board from time to time. (b) The licensee shall not charge any amount of fee from the owner/occupier of the building in addition to the amount notified from time to time. (c) Any demand for fee for collection and transportation of septage in excess of the notified fee makes the licensee liable for cancellation of license and imposition of the prescribed penalty for violation of these regulations. The Licensee shall be responsible for ensuring that every worker(s) deployed under goes Health Check-up at least twice per year and submit record of the same to Delhi Jal Board failing which the licensee shall be liable to pay penalty as notified from time to time . The worker shall not be allowed inside the manhole more than 15 minutes at one stretch. In case of high temperature, this type of work should be avoided.
