Insurance for licensee workers

Statutory text
The worker deployed by the licensee vendor(s) shall be insured for minimum Rs. 10 lacs towards the compensation to be paid in the eventuality of an accident during the process of cleaning, transportation and disposal of septage as per PEMS ACT 2013 and APEX Courts order Dated 27.03.2013 in writ petition No583 of 2003.
