Disqualification for registration

Statutory text
An establishment shall be disqualified for registration under this Act,- (a) if its owner is convicted of an offence punishable with imprisonment exceeding one month; (b) if its owner is an undischarged insolvent; and (c) if name of the establishment stands removed from the directory under Section 10 of this Act.
