- (2) Where the sum tatal of the liabilities exceeds the sum toil of the value of the assek$s such excess shall be § paid by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to the new Corporation gn such terms and conditions as may be determinsd by the : Central Government in this behalf. )
- (5) The sum tntal of the value of the’ assets and the sum total of the Tisbilites shall be such amounts as may be arrived at by §creement between the Munjcipal Corporation of Delhi and. the ney Corporation and where no such agreement can be reached, i the amquits shall be determined by an arbitral tribunal consisting Of one niminee of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi,-one nominee Qf the niw Corparation and a Chairman, to be nominated by the Chief Ju:tice of the High Court of Delhi.
- (4) An appeal shall lie to the High Court of Delhi against 0 the decision of the tribunal and the order of that High Court on such appeal shall be final. €.
