Appointment of members of the Force

Appointment of members of the Force.—

1. (1) The recruitment, appointment, promotion and other service conditions of the members of the Force shall be such as may be prescribed.
2. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the administration of the Force shall vest in the Director and shall be carried on by him in accordance with the provisions of this Act and of any rules made thereunder.
