Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh (Amendment) Act, 2006

1. (1) This Act may be called the Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh (Amendment) Act, 2006. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires- "Principal Act" means Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh Act, 2004 (No. 26 of 2004). 3. In sub-section (8) of Section 9 of the Principal Act, for the word "three" the word "Five" shall be substituted.
