Registrar

(1) Registrar shall be appointed in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service as may be prescribed by the Statute. (2) Registrar empowered by the Executive Council shall have the powers to enter into, and sign, agreements and authenticate records on behalf of the University. (3) Registrar shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statute. (4) The first Registrar will be appointed by Government of Chhattisgarh on deputation for 2 years.
