Disputes as to the constitution of the University authorities and bodies

If any question arises as to whether any person has been.duly appointed or is erµitled to be a member of any authority or other"bcdy of the Unive~ity,_the matter shall be referred to the Kuladhipati whose decision thereon shall be final.
