Statutory text

(1) The admission fees and other fees to be charged by the University shall be such as may be decided by the Board of Management. (2) The University shall charge fees as per the criteria notified by the State Government. (3) The University shall have power to provide free - ship for the students who are meritorious and economically weaker section of the society. (4) The University shall notify the fees, which it proposes to charge, and such fees shall be applicable only after the approval of the Regulatory Commission. (5) The University shall not charge any fees, by whatever name called, other than that, which has been approved by the Regulatory Commission.
