In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of Madhya Pradesh Kashtha Chiran (Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 1984 (No. 13 of 1984), the State Government hereby declares village "Dagania" Tahsil Gunderdehi of Durg District as unprohibited areas., as published Extraordinary Gazette Notification No F-30-56-93-X-3, dated 23rd February 1994.
