Registration of professional

(1) Every person who is entitled to be registered under this Act shall make an application to the Council for registration in the prescribed form along with the prescribed fee. (2) The Council shall, after satisfying itself, register the name of the applicant in the register. (3) The Council may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, refuse to register the name of the applicant. (4) The decision of the Council regarding registration shall be final. (5) If any person is aggrieved by the decision of the Council, he may file an appeal to the State Government in the manner as may be prescribed. (6) The appeal shall be disposed of in a time bound manner.
