Powers of the Council to call for information

Every Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy institution shall furnish such information and reports as may be required by the Council from time to time for the purpose of this Act and such information and reports shall be furnished in the manner as may be prescribed. The qualification (which may be a Graduate or Post Graduate or Ph.D. Degree in physiotherapy or occupational therapy) granted by any University is recognised under this Act.
