Chapter XI MISCELLANEOUS

a summons or warrant, search warrant, required by this Act, or the rules made thereunder, to bear the signature of the competent authority, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of its signature stamped thereon.
80. (1) The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, Power to make rules
make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act, within one year from the date on which this Act, come into force.

- (2) Every rule made under this Act, shall be laid, as soon|as may be, 4 after it is made, before the House of the State Legislature, while it is in session, for a total period of fourteen days, which may be comprised in one session or in two Or more successive sessions, and if, before the expiry of the session in which it is sg laid or the successive sessions as aforesaid, the House agrees in making any modification in the rules, or the House agrees, that the rules should not be made, the rule shall thereafter have effect only in such i modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be, so, however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice i to the validity of anything previously done or omitted to be done | under that rule. / 81. (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions|of this Act, Power to remove aniliies the State Government may, by notification published in|the Official Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appeal to be necessary for removing the difficulties.
- (2) Every notification issued under this section shall, as spon as may be, after it is issued, be laid before the State Legislature.
