Power to remove difficulties -1 7D

1. (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of existing Act or the amending Act, the State Government may make such order or do such things not consistent with the provision of existing Act or amending Act as it appears to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
2. (2) The State Government may issue appropriate directions for accomplishing the task entrusted to the committee. The State Government may also issue such direction as deemed necessary for carrying out objects of the existing or amending Act to the administrator and administrator shall be bound by such direction of State Government.
