This legislation amends the Bihar State Child Labour Commission Act to restructure how the state addresses child labor issues. It dissolves the existing commission and appoints an administrator to take charge temporarily. Subsequently, the government must form a committee of experts to propose a new organizational design for the commission. Based on this advice, a fresh commission will be established to ensure consistent operations. Through these changes, the Act aims to improve the administration of child labor policies and grants the state government power to resolve any practical issues that arise during the transition.
