Constitution of a committee of experts

1. (1) Upon dissolution of the Bihar State Child Labour Commission the State Government shall constitute a committee of experts to study and make

recommendations for reorganization and restructuring of the Commission with a

view to make it consistent with the provisions of the Commission.

1. (2) The committee of experts shall be constituted by the State Government comprising of not more than 05 members of whom at least one member shall be a person possessing adequate knowledge of the subject related to child labour and different affairs of child labour.
2. (3) The committee shall submit its recommendations to the State Government within a period of one month from the date of constitution. All logistic support to the committee shall be provided by the Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar.
