Chapter 2 REGISTRATION AND CONSTITUTION
Statutory text
Bihar State Sports Council.- Government of Bihar, shall constitute a council known as Bihar State Sports Council, which shall consist of not less than three and not more than seven Members and shall be appointed in the following manner.
- (a) Secretary, Art, Culture and Youth department -Chairman Ex-Officio
- (b) Director, Youth & Students welfare - Member Secretary
- (c) Director General, Bihar State Sports Authority - Member
- (d) Two persons to be nominated by State Government from amongst registered State Sports Association and affiliated to Bihar State Sports Council - Member
- (e) Two persons to be nominated by State Government from amongst outstanding sports persons of the State - Member
