Thereafter the Registrar shall either approve or disapprove the proposed amendment and communicate his order with reasons to the concerned Sports Association.

Membership of a Sports Association Membership of a Sports Association.-(1) Every District Level Sports Association, registered under this Act, shall be a member of the concerned State level Sports Association.

1. (2) Every primary Sports Body shall be a member of the concerned District Level Sports Association.
2. (3) Subject to the provisions of this Act, any addition, deletion or change in membership may be made only at a General Body meeting of a sports Association.
