Power to call for Records and Inspection.-
- (1) The Registrar or the Bihar State Sports Council may call for any record of a sports Association required for an enquiry under this Act.
- (2) The State Level Sports Association may call for any record of and affiliated District Level Sports Association required for an enquiry under this Act.
- (3) Bihar State Sports Council may call for any record of State Sports association, District Sports Council or District Level Sports Association for any enquiry under this Act.
