Determination of grant and ejectment of grantee from the land

If any person to whom land has been granted under section 15 or is deemed to have been granted under sub-section (3) of Section 15 contravenes any restriction or condition imposed under this Act, the Committee may make an application to the Revenue Officer for determining the grant and the Revenue Officer may, after such inquiry as he deems fit, determine the grant and restore possession or the land to the Committee after ejecting such person or any person in possession there from.
