Provided that any authority of the University which is dissatisfied with any such direction may appeal to the Chancellor whose decision in that matter shall be final.

Colleges

1. (1) The Colleges shall be such as may be named in the Statutes.
2. (2) The conditions of residence in the Colleges and Halls shall be as prescribed by the Ordinance, and every college and Hall shall be subject to inspection by any member of the Residence, Health and Discipline Board authorized in this behalf by the Board and by any officer of the University authorized in this behalf by the Board and by any officer of the University authorized in this behalf by the Executive Council.
3. (3) The Executive Council shall have power to suspend or withdraw the recognition of any Hall which is not conducted in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the Ordinances.
