Requirement of land

The university shall be established when the sponsoring body is in possession of-

1. (i) a minimum of twenty acres, i.e. 60.50 Bighas of land outside the municipal limits; or
2. (ii) a minimum of ten acres, i.e. 30.25 Bighas of land within the municipal limits.
