The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer 19.
- (1) The appointment of the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be made by the Chancellor in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
- (2) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
