Disqualification for membership of an authority or body

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the university, if he/she-

1. (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;
2. (b) is an undischarged solvent;
3. (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;
4. (d) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or
5. (e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, if any form, anywhere.
