Part IV FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
Statutory text
- (1) The Commission shall maintain proper books of accounts and such other books and shall prepare annual statement of accounts in the manner as may be prescribed.
- (2) The accounts of the Fund shall be audited annually by the Accountant General (Audit), Assam.
