Liability to maintain Fire and Life Safety measures

25. The owner or occupier or both of the building or premises as the case may be shall continuously maintain fire prevention and life safety measures throughout the occupancy of the building or premises and failure to do so shall be construed violation under this Act and action shall be taken.
