1. (a) TheAuthorityshallprepareonce every yearinsuchformJandatsuchtimeasmaybe prescribed,an annual report, giving asummaryof its activities during the previous year and copies or the report shall beforwardedto the StateGovernments.
2. (b) Suchannualreport shall include anAnnexure containingirrigationbacklogof eachdistrictbased on the StateaverageRabbiequivalentirrigationpotential Dlstrlctwisesown area,standardRabbiequivalent irrigationpotentialfrom Statesector analocalsector schemes,percentageof irrigation potential to the sown area,percentageless than Ihe Stateaverage,backlog inHectarefor thelatestyearforwhichIhe datais available,andeveryyearthereafter,physicalbacklog worked out on the basis of State average andfinancial backlogbasedon the latestscheduleof rates.
3. (c) Such reportshall also include Annexure showing Distrietwise and Regionwise yearly expenditure incurred on the Irrigation Sector and cumulative figures upto latest. yearfor which data is available and every year thereafter.

6. (e) may bemodifiedinaccordancewith IheGovernor's directives,from time to time.

2. (1) shall be laid withinsixmonths,afterit isreceived, beforethe StateLegislalure.
