Preliminary
- (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2006.
- (2) It extends to the whore of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
- (3) Itshall come into force on such date as the State Governmentmay, bynotificationinOfficial Gazette,appointanddifferenldates may beappointed fordifferentareasand fordifferentsections of this Act.
