Disqualification for membership of an authority : Aperson shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University, if he-

1. (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;
2. (b) isan undercharged insolvent;
3. (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; he
4. (d) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
