Provided that a member who is appointed on deputation, may be of three years extendable to five years.

Officer and other Employees of the Board

1. (1) The Government shall provide the Board with such other officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Board under this Act.
2. (2) The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the members, officers and other employees of the Board, shall be such as may be prescribed.
