Duties and functions of the secretary

The Secretary shall be responsible for -

1. (a) Preparing the agenda for, and for keeping record of all deliberations of, the meetings of the Board;
2. (b) representing the Board in all litigations.
3. (c) carrying out such other duties which may be assigned by the Chairman from time to time.
