Delegation of powers

The Chairman shall have the administrative and financial powers of the Commissioner to the Government and the Secretary shall have the admin- istrative and financial powers of the Head of Office.

Provided that the Government may make such further administrative and financial delegation to the Chairman as may be required in the interest of confidentiality of the examination process.
