Constotution of State Land Use Board and District Land Use Board

(1) As soon as may be after the commence-ment of this Act, the Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette constitute a State Land Use Board for the State and a District Land Use Board for each District and such Board shall consists of such number of members as may be specified in the notification. (2) The term of the members of the Board shall be for such tenure or period as may be specified in the notification. (3) When a person becomes a member of the Board by virtue of office which he hold and when he ceased to hold that office he shall be deemed to be ceased the member of the Board from the date of ceasing to hold that office.
