Amendment of Central Act 46 of 1952

Amendment of Central Act 46 of 1952. - In the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1952 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in sub-section

1. (1) of Section 6, -
   • (a) after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- "(c) any offence under the Arunachal Pradesh (Prevention of Defacement of Property) Act, 1987.";
   • (b) in the proviso, for the words "or clause (b)", the words ", clause
   • (b) or clause (c)" shall be substituted.
