Amendment of Central Act 45 of 1860

Amendment of Central Act 45 of 1860. In the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act),—

1. (a) in section 153A, in sub-section (2), for the words "three years", the words "five years" shall be substituted;
2. (b) in section 295A, for the words "three years", the words "five years" shall be substituted;
3. (c) in section 505, in sub-section (2), for the words "three years", the words "five years" shall be substituted.
