Amendment of Central Act 2 of 1974

Amendment of Central Act 2 of 1974. - In the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the Code), in Section 41, -

1. (a) in sub-section (1), for the word "or" occurring at the end of clause (e), the word "or" shall be inserted;
2. (b) after clause (e), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- "(f) who commits any offence under the Arunachal Pradesh (Prevention of Defacement of Property) Act, 1987."
