Amendment of section 9

7. In section 9 of the principal Act, for sub sections ( 1 ) to ( 17 ), the following sub-sections shall be substituted, namely,- "(1) Chairman/Chairperson, TTD;

1. (2) The Director-cum-Vice-Chancellor;
2. (3) The Secretary to Government, Health Medical and Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, or an officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to Government nominated by the Secretary;
3. (4) The Secretary to Government, Revenue (Endowments) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh or an officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to Government nominated by the Secretary;
4. (5) The Executive Officer, TTD;
5. (6) The Joint Executive Officer, TTD;
6. (7) The Vice-Chancellor, Dr. NTRUHS, AP;
7. (8) The Dean of the Faculty of the Institute and the Registrar of the Institute;

9. (2) members to be nominated by the TTDs, Tirupati;
10. (10) Two
11. (2) members of Faculty of the Institute to be nominated by the Chairman.".
